Credit Purchase

An order consists of one or more purchases. Every time you complete the payment process at Honey Hub, we assign an order ID to all transactions that have been completed as part of the payment process. For example, if you purchase multiple items in a shopping cart, the item authorizations and buyer charges will all have a unique order ID. Depending on the payment method and the total order, your order may also be subject to a processing fee.

Credit Card

To complete your purchase using your credit card, simply click on "Buy Now" (single item) or "Checkout" (multiple items) and select the option that displays the IDs of IDPay and ZarinPal.

Order

An order is made up of one or more purchases. Every time you complete the checkout process on the Envato Market, we assign an order ID to all transactions that were completed as part of the checkout process.

For example if you have purchased multiple items in a single shopping cart, the item licences and buyer fees will all have the same unique order id. Your order may also be subject to a handling fee charge, depending on your payment method and order total.

Sales

A sale occurs when an item you sell in the Honey Hub marketplace has been purchased—congratulations! The sale is recorded on your invoice along with information that clearly indicates which item was sold and the amount for which it was purchased.

Purchase

A purchase occurs when you buy a product from a beekeeping business that sells in the Honey Hub store. The total price paid by the buyer consists of the product price paid to the beekeeper and the payment for Honey Hub's buyer services, known as the purchase fee. You can make multiple purchases in a single checkout using the shopping cart.

Deposit

When you deposit money into your Honey Hub account, it is converted from your currency to Iranian Rials by your payment provider. Any time you add these prepaid credits to your account, they will be shown as a deposit on your statement. The expiration date listed next to the deposit indicates when your credits will expire, but you can extend this expiration date by submitting a request to Honey Hub support or by depositing additional credits.

Withdrawal from Account

A withdrawal occurs when you request payment of your Honey Hub earnings. This is shown as a withdrawal in your notifications.

Reversals

A reversal occurs when a purchase is refunded or returned for various reasons. A reversal always appears in the buyer's statement along with a credit memo. For some types of reversals, such as those initiated by the beekeeper, the reversal notification includes the corresponding credit memo for the beekeeper.

In other cases, when the reversal is marked as a "goodwill" reversal from Honey Hub, the beekeeper's invoice and balance will remain unchanged, and a credit memo will be created for the seller by Honey Hub.

Account Credit Increase

Depositing funds into your account provides an opportunity to enhance your credit and purchasing power at Honey Hub store. This credit allows you to purchase your desired products more easily and quickly. Your credit will be recorded in your statement whenever a deposit is made.

Income Withdrawal

When you decide to withdraw your earnings from sales, you can submit a payment request. This process allows you to easily access your income and transfer it to your bank account.

Refund Management

If you need to request a refund for a purchase, you can submit a return request. This process allows you to easily get your payment back under specific circumstances, ensuring a transparent and secure shopping experience at Honey Hub.
